I don’t get to Bensonhurst often, but when I do there’s a 95% chance that a meal at L&B Spumoni Gardens is going to be part of the visit. You just can’t beat the affordable, tasty food and neighborhood feel of the place.

I once had a very delicious and filling meal inside, but the real attraction is getting slices and spumoni and eating outside on a beautiful summer night. It’s one of the best cheap date nights in New York.
