This is the wonderful Mei, who has been cutting my hair for the past year. She doesn’t speak enough English and I don’t speak enough Chinese for our communication to be much more than “same as last time.” But if that ever changes, the first thing I wanna tell her is that she always makes me feel like Asian Jon Stewart after she puts the gel in my hair.
